We take a more personalized approach to our services. At Playa del Carmen Property Management we feel that as property owners in a foreign country, our clients will feel more confident leaving their “Cancun Home” in the hands of a friend.
Rather than your typical property management company, we like to think of ourselves as a “boutique style” property management company who provide not only the services that our clients require but add a personal touch to the relationship between property manager and owner. We understand that when you own a property in a foreign country and are miles away most of the time, what you need is to know that your investment is being well cared for, and this is our goal. We are very big on communication and understand how frustrating it can be for an owner when their property manager does not communicate with them. We will be at your disposal whenever you need us and in addition we will report to you on a regular basis regarding your property.
We offer a wide variety of services ranging from simple care-taking to vacation rentals. We have a competent and reliable maintenance staff on-hand when needed as well as many specialized service providers to handle any request you may have. We also have “guest services” available if your property will be used for vacation rental purposes.
